If you're finding it hard to slow down in your life, you really need this...

In the words of Ray Castellino:

"The slower you go, the more you can accomplish"

Many times, those feelings of never completing things in your life... constantly dealing with stress and the feelings of anxiety and overwhelm with it... come from early trauma patterns.

According to Ray, the very first step on the road to recovery is to get comfortable with the skills of orienting and resourcing. And that means slowing down.

This exercise was inspired by Ray Castellino's orienting exercise (used with his permission) and gently guides you to orient, connect and bond more deeply with your body in ways you may never have experienced before. It helps you:

  • Land and settle so that you can find your place in the world.

  • Anchor in your body and ground to the earth... and stay there no matter what comes at yo

  • Access your emotions, sensations and life pulsations more easily, while staying grounded in the moment

We encourage you to take a few minutes each day to do this exercise. If you do, you'll see a big difference in your life. It's simple to do and easy to remember. It can become an invincible tool that's with you at all times.
